recital

Evan performed in his teacher's yearly piano recital yesterday afternoon. He played a duet with his teacher and one solo. He did an excellent job. I'm not biased or anything. ;) Actually all the students did an incredible job. Nobody freaked out, everybody had wonderful manners and the music was great. What more can you ask?

We're finally moved into the kitchen and had our first family meal. It was very special as there were 4 generations of Skeltons present for our first dinner. It was quite gourmet...no, not really...Evan and Haley requested chicken quesadillas, cheese queso dip and mexican lasagna.

There's still some details and a few changes until the kitchen is completely finished...but I'm just thankful not to have to confine Sophie to the basement anymore!

Have a wonderful day!!

Stay away from freaking out...and run to piano recitals!
