Year in Review

January:  Haley turns 13, on the 13th and 13 is her FAVORITE number. 

Also in January Haley got her braces off!!

Febuary:  A month of quiet...no sports for the whole month..woohoo!!

March:  First ski trip with kids.

 

April: E got a truck from Grandad.  Sophia learned to ride a bike.  Evan and Haley compete in track.  Evan starts baseball too. 

May:  Evan speaks at LMS Promotion.  We visit California.

June:  Summer fun...Haley went to KSU bball camp and church camp.  Evan took drivers ed and worked on the farm for Kraig Froetschner.  Sophia went to the zoo with friends.  And mommy hit a wild turkey with her windshield and tried to put her eye out with a metal rod. 

July:  Daddy did the 4th of July triathlon.  Haley and Mommy ran..and walked..the 2 mile for the 4th.  Sophia enjoyed the fireworks, county fair and trying on mommy's wedding dress.  And we watched lots of baseball as Evan played purple panthers and legion!

 

August:  Max and Deb come to visit from France.  Evan turns 15, (celebrates with a paintball war with friends) starts high school and plays first varsity football game.  Haley is an 8th grader and starts volleyball.  Sophia starts kindergarten.

 

September: Lots of football and volleyball.  Sophia turns 6 and is crown bearer for LHS Homecoming 2012. 

October: Jon and Karren go to Cannes, France for Max and Deb's wedding.  Sooo beautiful!!  Sophia is supergirl for Halloween.

 

November:  Haley starts basketball.  Evan receives varsity special teams player of the year for 2012.  We spend Thanksgiving with Fro and Grampy.  Sophia helps decorate the Christmas tree.

           

December:  Evan starts basketball, goes to first formal dance with senior Rachel Herter.  Uncle Derick graduates from UNT...and then gets engaged to Uncle Jenn Marshall!!  Christmas is wonderful and white!

What an awesome year!!  Can't wait to see what 2013 brings!!
